What choice should i make?

Question

i'm choosing between public school and private school.

right now i'm attending a private school but it costs too much money and my parents have to work really hard to pay for it. i get okay grades...i'm not the best in school so i dont know if its really worth their money but i have made incredible friends there and i love the atmosphere and everything but i'm not sure if i want to waste my parents money

so then i will go to public school. if i went to public school i would have a lot more time on my hands and i could work on my art skills and sign up for drama classes and continue on pursuing my music. but the thing is that i dont even know how far that will get me.

so i dont know if i should continue getting a good education with all my friends or if i should do artsy stuff at a public school

hi there! if you're looking for a long term plan and practicality wise, i would suggest why not go to a public school and besides america has the best public schools compare to other countries...education is not a short term plan..its an ongoing process..education does not stop when you finished a college course btw..and you said it yourself that ur not really that best in school...and in doing so you would somehow ease the burden of your parents..actually it doesnt matter if ur in public school or not..whats the use of being in a private school and not doing ur best and taking it for granted? eventhough ur in a public school and giving ur best shot, who knows maybe you'll earn ur scholarship? just look at to your forefathers as an example...abraham lincoln did not have much education...he studied law on his own and his main source is the bible...yet, he became one of the greatest president ur country has ever produced..goodluck!
