what cities climates fall into these catergories??? countries anywhere around the world!

Most warm-mediterranean climates would fall into this range.

Ex. Los Angeles winter 58F summer 76F

This would include cities like Tel-Aviv, Israel, Athens, Greece and Naples, Italy and Sydney, Australia (marginal-summer near the bottom of range).  It's easiest to find cities in this kind of dry, subtropical climate to fit your criteria.

Then, some more humid climates fall into this range.  They are harder to find b/c places here often fit for winter, but are too hot in the summer, or fit the summer range, but are too cool in winter.  

Some humid places in the southern U.S. meet this criteria.  The places though that meet the winter criteria tend to be near the upper end of the summer range though.  Some examples that fit are Atlanta, GA; Jackson, MS; Norfolk, VA.  Internationally, these cities fall into your category: Nagasaki, Japan; Shenzen, China; Brisbane, Australia.
