What city and state have the least recorded humidity for the entire year?

My guess would be Furnace Creek,CA or Death Valley,CA (that area). But for major city , Phoenix,AZ. Also Las Vegas,NV is too far behind. Mostly cities in the southwest would be the lowest because it's a desert and there's really low humidity. Some others could be Albuquerque,NM or Palm Springs,CA.
