  1. Thats a toughie.... Im a chef/barbecue fan... I would have to say in order... Memphis... Charlotte.... Birmingham ..... I lived in Kansas City for a few years and wasnt a fan of most of those places due to the "sweet" barbecue sauces... But I have have incredible barbecue in the first three... If youre interested in ribs... look at Dreamland BBQ...its in Tuscaloosa Alabama..."Aint nothin' like 'em nowhere"...... check the link below....have fun...
