What city can you do the following things in: rafting/kayaking, biking, windsurfing, sailing, surfing?

I want to move there - love the outdoors! I expect Portland is a good choice - Hood River, places like that.

I live in Charleston, SC and you can do all those things here.  In terms of rafting/kayaking, you would need to do that in the oceans, rivers, or lakes around here.  If you meant whitewater rafting/kayaking, there are some good places in the Appalachians but it is about a 4 hr. drive from here.  There are plenty of places to go biking around here (trails, beach, plantations, Francis Marion National Forest) but if you meant mountain biking, its going to be the same 4 hr. drive to the Apps.  I absolutely love it here.  I am a huge outdoor person as well.  Surfing is what I'm biggest into.  The weather is almost always nice here.  Water temps in the summer get into the 80's and even in the winter the temps don't go below the 60's.  Rarely need more than a spring suit.
