What city in canada has warm weather all year long and is well family oriented?

i live in boston nd i want to move to canada but to a warm weather city that is family oriented and that has good nursing job advancements

bc, vancouver city has all year around spring weather. don't believe about too much rainfall.

bc has the most generous govt health care benefits for senior across canada. medical science is ok but not as good as boston. family oriented? no. you know whats it like living in a big city. to have a close friendly neighborhood, you have to live close to surburb. for nursing job stick to vancouver lots of hospital like toronto.

i used to live in detroit and across the detroit river is winsor can. we had great weather during summer and all the 4 seasons plus living there you got alot of great fishing , hunting and camping spots
