  1. I race a '99 KX 125 at a few different locations in California and they classify the classes (lol) differently.

Which are the most popular class to race in?

    125/250F and 250/450F

    How many classes are there?

12, with 3 skill levels for each class.

    Are they devided in Juniors/Open/Senior/Male/Female?

    Yes, I race Juniors/Lites.

Are the classes the same for enduro and track?

    I don't race enduro.

  2. What classes are available depends upon what country you race in.  America has modified sections that the country I am in does not have.  We have Junior sections, 50cc Division 1, 50cc Division 2.  65cc Grades A, B and C.  85cc Small Wheels Grades A, B and C.  85cc Big Wheels Grades A, B and C.  Either Junior Lites which is bothe 2 stroke 125cc and 4 stroke 250cc combined or sometimes they race separately.  Powder Puffs.

The Seniors usually have a Lites section A, B and C.  An Open section and a Vets section.

But those classes can differ from club to club and from state to state.

So you would be best to contact any club or track you intend to race at and ask what they offer
