  1. class c in texas

  2. No, actually it's a class D. I believe class B here in the US is for dump trucks. I know I have a class A CDL which is a commercial drivers license. That means I can drive an 18 wheeled truck.

  3. In the USA, it depends on the State where your license is issued...  In all states, Class A and Class B are commercial licenses for driving buses and heavy trucks...

In some states, a private driver's license is a Non-CDL Class C, and in others, it's a Class D. Doesn't really matter, as a valid license issued from any state is recognized as valid for driving in all states.

  4. Drivers license laws are different for each state.

In Wisconsin, it is class D for cars and light trucks.

You must have class M added to your class D for motorcycle.  With class M, you can ride any size motorcycle.

As JetDoc said in the answer before me, any valid state drivers license is valid in any state.
