What classes are recognized by colleges?

I would like to know a list of classes recognized by uc and cal state colleges.

and would anyone know if Tagalog is recognized by uc and cal state?

Where are you taking the tagalog?  It should say in the course catalog if the units are transferrable to the UC/Cal State system. Otherwise, the registrar of the school would need to evaluate the class and render a decision on its transferrability.
