What classes do i need to take for music production?

i want to work with electronica pop and hip hop music,is there any classes they teach you how to compose that and teach and train me? if so whats the specific name of that class,,and if theres any in the baltimore or virginia area?

are all colleges you can check out....but you dont have to go to school to be a music producer....school just gives you a better chance for opportunity

Intern at a studio.  Schools are a waste.  Learn by doing it, unless you want to become an audio engineer, then you have to go to school.  

There will be c**p work at first, but that's the same in a lot of internships.
