If I am in dual enrollment and want to move on to a state university and become a cellular/molecular biology major?

  1. I would take your general studies credits at the Community College and save yourself some money, especially if you change your mind and decide to go to a private college..


  2. I took what every college student has to take to earn a degree at community college - the basics - saved me a ton of money in the long run especially as I attended school in Michigan and that state has an agreement between public institutions (yours may as well - check) that if you earn an associates degree at the community college level you do not have to take any basic classes when you move on to the 4 year college.
