I cannot find the official MLB statistic. They rank the Florida Marlins in first place for this stat. Anyone know?

  1. If you are trailing by quite a few runs late in the game and your team wins that is known as a "come-from-behind- victory."

  2. It's basically rallying from behind to win the game.

  3. If I am not mistaken it is any game when a team is trailing and then they end up winning.

  4. any game that you win after the other team has a lead at some point

In your scenario, that is a come from behind win.  Team B was behind, and then they won

You're not going to find an official MLB stat because it isn't an official stat

  5. it means that you are down by a good portion ( like 7-2 ) late in the game but some how your team manages to fight back and win the game. So in my example: that would be the score say in the 6th inning, but in the 8th we score like 7 runs and win the game 9-7.

  6. If it is just come from behind, that just means any game you were trailing at any point, by any margin, where you came back to win. So if you were down 1-0 after one, and ended up winning 2-1 in 15 innings, that is a come from behind win. The size of the margin doesn't matter, nor does the point of the game.

  7. The Tigers had a come-from-behind 20-3 win against the Mariners. Early in the game the Mariners lead 1-0.

  8. When your team is losing late in the game and you come back to win

  9. You come from behind and then win.
