What cleaner do you use to clean a kevlar kayak? and what type of material (sponge? towel?)?

I use McNett Boat Cleaner and then their UV Protectant.  It sprays on from the bottle, and then I scrub my kayak with a rag, usually an old towel.

I use 303 Aerospace Protectant.  You can get it at most boat / marine supply stores.  Spray it on, apply with an old worn in tshirt that you can use for a rag.  Works great, nice and clean, and gives some sun protection to the gelcoat.
