  1. For me is Comet Cleaner with Bleach

I just did this about 1 hour go to my house.

    It always come out white

You have to use a sponge to clean it really good use the green side and rinse it with water pretty frequently. After you have finish rinse it down with lots of water.

  2. I use scrubbing bubbles for the bathroom(tub, sink, toilet) and 409 for the kitchen counters.. Works wonders

  3. Scrubbing Bubbles is an aerosal Spray

I would Use powdered comet or soft scrub for the toilet, bathtub, sinks, and I guess you could use it on the countertop kitchen.... But I would use 409 or an all purpose sprayable cleaner

  4. i use lysol or clorox wipes for almost all u mentioned, except for the tub..for that i use a clorox spray..pretty much dont even have to scrub too much

  5. Use Bon-Ami.  It's great stuff.  It only costs 89 cents for a can and the good thing about it is that it does not scratch.

Ajax and Comet clean well by scratching the living day lights out of the surface, ruining the shine.

Bon-Ami is made with silicate and does not scratch.  Just do it with a sponge.

  6. I tend to use Borax  in water which is a natural cleaner that is often added to detergents.  It is a safe alternative to bleach.  You can find it in the grocery store (for super cheap), usually beside the laundry detergents and such.  Another bonus of borax is adding it to your laundry to give the detergent a boost.  I tend to use less detergent whenever I add about 1/2 a cup of borax to the wash.

For things that need to be scrubbed away I also use baking soda!  It works quite well - just sprinkle it in the tub, add a little water to make a paste and then scrub.  Its not as harsh as Ajax or comet - and it's safe for the environment.

For everyday 'wipe downs' I just use a 50:50 mix of vinegar water.  the smell lingers a little but it cleans (vinegar is a weak acid so you know it cleans!  I did a lab at university a couple of years back and we grew normal bacteria on agar plates.  The vinegar did a better job at killing the bacteria than did the dish detergent!!!)

If I want the house to smell good I cut a lemon in half and rub on counters and other surfaces.  It does disinfect as well as makes the place smell good.  I recommend wiping the surface down with a damp cloth after rubbing the lemon because it'll get a little sticky otherwise ;-)

    Cheers!

  7. I wouldn't recommend using anything other than a stainless steel cleaner, if your sink is stainless steel, of course. I always receive great feedback for a stainless steel cleaner that I recommend to all my customers. It's made by Blanco and you can find it at Home Depot.
