It depends on where you are. At the ocean with the breeze it can be a bit hotter or where it's really dry hotter os ok. Humid places are brutal in the heat.

When I used to live 300 miles north of where I live now, around 80 at the highest was cool! Where I live at now, 80 feels more like 90, so for my current area, I'll say 70-75.

I rather deal with artic chill than extreme heat because there are endless way of keeping warm, but you can go in your birthday suit, and still not find ways to keep cool. After all, you can't stay in the water all day!

35 to 55 degrees.  Anything higher is way too warm for me.  Anything cooler is okay, especially if it's snowing.
