I start college on September 1st. I live in Pennsylvania. So what kind of clothes should I bring to school? Should I bring some dresses, shorts, and skirts. Or will it be too cold for that?

  1. comfy and cute =)

  2. I would still bring some shorts. Dresses and skirts you can wear year around with leggings and jeans. Pick out your favorite ones. I wouldn't bring all of them, but just in case we get lucky and it's warm through october again. You don't want to be there wearing sweaters and jeans. Good luck

  3. bring what ever u want i cant tell you what you look gd in :s

  4. Hi,

Bring clothes that best suit you dear. Over here all kinda clothes are in fashion. Casual wear has always been the jeans and the t-shirt. Wear your favorite colors and accept my warm welcome [:)]

  5. Well, when are you going home next? The general rule is to pack 3 months of clothes (in terms of weather), but since you'll be going home for Thanksgiving I assume, 2 months will be okay.

By November, it will most likely be quite cold. You won't need snow boots or a heavy parka at that time, but some heavy sweaters will definitely serve you well. And some lighter ones too--layering is your best bet. Bring gloves and a scarf as well...and sneakers or something in case it does snow a little bit.

In the beginning, for a couple weeks or maybe up to a month if you're lucky, it will be quite warm--shorts, flip flops, t-shirts, tank tops, maybe even a bathing suit (girls often sun themselves on the lawn after class). You'll need clothes that are comfy for hanging out in the dorm and sleeping (sweatpants, sweat shirts, etc.), clothes for going out to parties (nice/dark jeans, skirts, cute shirts), and clothes for class (I don't recommend wearing sweatpants and stuff--it's disrespectful to the professor if you look at schlumpy. I usually wear jeans, sweaters, blazers, t-shirts, etc.--comfy stuff, but stuff that looks nice too.) For shoes, like I said, bring something you could wear in a little snow; rainboots if you have them (walking to class in the rain is way better if you have rainboots so your pants don't get all wet); heels for going out; and flats for class. You might also want to bring one very nice dress (like a cocktail dress--not long) in case there are fancy parties (like a formal)

  6. well just bring  your best clohtes

  7. I would bring a little bit of everything but if you call the school they can direct you to students who are sophomores and juniors and they would know.

  8. Bring anything you think is cute! But bring a variety of colors, styles, and for different seasons!

If you ever need more, you can always drive to the mall and buy more, so bring extra money too.

    Good Luck with college! :)

  9. You're bringing clothing? How cheap lol.

Just buy new ones. Gucci and Prada are in style this year.
