  1. rain coat!

  2. two very warm jumpers - if it rains you will need to dry one.

cropped trousers - no soggy bottoms - two pairs.

    two pairs of shorts

    a few vests

    waterproof coat

    wellingtons and flip flops

    bikini

something very warm to sleep in and socks

buy all these is greens/browns/patterns etc that wont show

the dirt - everything will then match and just get a funky bikini

camping lightweight towel from camping shops.

if you're not sure about washing facs then you can buy

a solar power shower - just wear the bikini when showering.

loo roll - mossie spray - wet wipes

    alcohol!

  3. Its colder at night than you think.  You can't come inside.

  4. Tank tops, shorts. I would bring one sweater and / or jogging pants with you just incase the temp dips down in the evening/night time.

Also bring a rain jacket, umbrella, plenty of socks for your shoes (because you dont want to come back with a foot fungus due to nasty socks/shoes)

  5. Think "warm", and think "dry".  Forget "fashion", and resign yourself to wearing the same things every day.  That's what differentiates "camping" from "a picnic".

For warmth, a couple of light layers is better than one heavy one.

For rain protection, I'd go with a poncho.

You definitely want to have a pair of boots.  Real hiking boots, with solid ankle support, not dressy or riding boots.

You want a small "survival kit".  That means you want a basic first-aid kit, a utility knife (swiss army makes many kinds), matches in a waterproof container, an orange flag for signaling, a sewing kit, aspirin, water-purification tablets (know how to use them or don't bother), and a day's worth of emergency food (food bars, nuts, etc).  You also want to take a change of clothes packed tightly in a waterproof bag.

Also, take your own toilet paper, soap, a towel, sunscreen, and bug repellant.

  6. obviously you want things you can mix and match.also wool sweater or socks wil keep you warm even in rain.take some flushable wipes to help keep you clean.you'll need a  poncho to keep you dry.extra shoes.keep everything in a drybag or ziplocks.take jerky it'll keep you from starving.lots of water or a filterable waterbottle(camping stores)if you can get your hands on a bar of fels naptha soap, that's great for laundy ,poison ivy if you should get it.and it's light .you will have fun.Ienvy you the chance!

  7. looking good doesn't matter, as long as you're warm and dry.

it depends on how long you're staying, when i went camping for one night (2 days) i took:

    -4 pairs of socks

    -3 changes of trousers

    -4/5 changes of tops

    -warm fleece

    -raincoat

-a small pack of sanitary towels just in case

    -wet wipes

    -4 pairs of knickers

    -pair of wellies

    -warm gloves

  8. Cagoole wellies, tights then, dresses you can team with tights and wellies and cagoole but if its nice put some flip flops, same with a nice cute t,shirt denim shorts if hot flip flops again and if raining tights wellies cagoole...

    have fun xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
