What clothes should I take for a 7 day Alaskan cruise, and driving in stages of 5 days?

I brought one pair of long underwear(silk kind), plus a warm hat and gloves and one lightweight jacket. That was perfect as we did get one day of snow early June and needed the long underwear and gloves. The rest of the time a jacket was all we needed. Ketchakan also rains a lot there, but it did not the day we were there. Most of the time it was jeans, t shirts and the jacket. That was about it. You will love Alaska and it is great you are going to spend some extra time there, so much to see.

Dress for comfort!  But remember to take something slinky for the dinner at the Captain's table!

Take lots of t-shirts and shorts for the drive.  Jeans and maybe some sun dresses would be nice.  

You only need one pair of shoes for the whole trip though.  Make them leopard pumps.  I hear they can really snap up ANY outfit!

The key is to layer, Summer Alaskan temperatures can fluxuate widely from warm to very cold.
