american eagle. they have cutier and better fitting clothes. aero's clothes are shorter and wider.

american eagle may cost more, but i think they have much more variety and there stuff fits me better and its cuter

American Eagle, the quality is better and it's much more in style.

Plus, Aeropostale's target age is more in the middle school range, not high school/college

american eagle has great sales and its rare i see ugly clothes there.. i like aeropostale but i live in canada so i cant buy any :P

Lately American Eagle because Aeropostale's becoming really overrated. Everything has the stores name on it, which is really annoying. Although if I saw this question at a different time it could be Aeropostale.

I don't like either, but I much prefer American Eagle over Aeropostale. The clothes at AE are much better quality and more stylish. Aero clothes look cheap and are pretty boring IMO. AE has more of a range of styles; they have preppier, classic-looking clothes as well as sporty hoodies and tees.  Aero is a pretty bland store in my opinion because they only really have plain tees and hoodies with the name of the store on them.

Aeropostale, because I am a younger teen. AE is geared more towards 14 and older girls and guys.

I would have to say that I like Aero better just based on pricing for their clothes. American Eagle clothes I like a little more though. They are more  for the beach bum, while Aero is for the prep.

AE's clothing generally looks worn out and faded and USED.  This is not cool when you aren't the reason for this common phenomenon.  Why pay for preused clothes?  Anyway, Aero. is cheaper but no less worth the look.

American Eagle!! Their jeans and shirts fit me the best and are better quality than Aeropostale, but Aeropostale is cheaper. I like both stores, but AE is definetely my fave.

i would buy the jeans from american egale because they are great fits and good washes but i would buy the tops and everything else from aeropostale because its less expensive and looks better..

Aeropostale because the clothes are cheaper and they fit me well. But, I don't shop at AE, so I wouldn't know how the clothes there would fit me.

None because they are unoriginal and anyone who wears those preppy things look exactly the same. Fake and bratty.

I prefer American Eagle. The quality is better, and me and my brother have had shirts last for years from there. The clothing is more in style. Aeropostale is good too, but I've worn t-shirts from there only a few times and they start looking like they're four years old.
