Can't help on this one - I'm 41 and it's not my thing anymore. Used to be , but I'm old ............. Diamante does not have a big nightclub scene. It is an affluent end of town that is inhabited and visited by a more upscale businessman crowd. There are nightclubs there and I bet they are close to what you are used to in L.A. but not in an abundance. I bet you will cover them all in one night of partying and be looking for more options. It will take two to three nights to find and enjoy all th nightclubs in the center section of Acapulco I spoke of in my last answer. The old section really has none. Taxi from Diamante to the center of town - $10 -15 usd.
