  1. You would go to a college that offers a degree in Film (Digital and Film Arts) and you take your basic stuff like math, writing..etc and then you have your film classes like History of American Cinema, Screenwriting, Documentary Production, Digital Video Editing...and theres a few others


  2. Most universities now offer a film and video major at least, and there are also schools that specialize in film.
