What college has a herpetology program or course that is specific to just herpetology?

You won't find a herp program until you get to the graduate level. There are a lot of herp courses, though -- Michigan, Utah, Tulane, USC ... If you have a really good university or museum library near you, see if they have old issued of the Bulletin of the Philadelphia Herpetological Society. Some time between the mid-60s and mid-70s, they had an article on herp courses in the U.S.

I'm not sure but if you go to a zooolgy class or go to a extoic vet school I'm sure there would be some program on herps
