First of all, a great thing for you to do would be to get out there.  Schools like it when you contact them, it's almost like a relationship.  You want to be seen but don't be too pushy.  In all reality there are tons of womens volleyball teams throughout the nation.  Depending on skill level, will greatly vary the scholarships.  Also, there are barely any Full Ride scholarships given out from volleyball teams so keep that in mind while looking.  I am obligated to have you check out the University at Buffalo.

University of Georgia has a good volleyball team, I had a couple friends when I was there who were there on volleyball scholarships.

If you are looking for mens, the choices are very limited.  If you are looking for women, almost every college or university will have scholarships.  

Ball State, BYU, Cal State Northridge, UC Irvine, UCLA, UCSB, George Mason, Harvard, Hawaii Manoa, Indiana-Purdue Ft Wayne, Long Beach, Loyola, Ohio State, Pacific, Penn State, Pepperdine, Princeton, Rutgers, Sacred Heart, USC, Saint Francis, and Stanford are the D1 schools that have men's volleyball.

My sister got a scholarship for volleyball at IPFW, aka Indiana- Purdue Fort Wayne  that is in Indiana if you didn't know.  They have a great program.  I want to go there for volleyball.  It is also a great school.  I live in Warsaw Indiana, i go there for all the games and stay with my sister.  you would definitely like it there.  of ball state
