What colleges are in Virginia? not super expensive?

not community college..

& not Ivy league.

I have mostly Bs & some As and do decent on SAT testings

  1. UVA, Washington and Lee, and William and Mary are very prestigious, but might be more expensive (not UVA if you are in-state)...and they are hard to get in to.

    Other good schools: George Washington U and U Richmond

    Ones that are a step down but still good: Virginia Tech, Hollins, Lynburg, and Roanoke.

  3. There are no Ivy League colleges in Virginia.

    If you are a VA resident, then the public universities are the least expensive.  The best three are The University of Virginia, Virginia Tech and the College of William and Mary.  There are other decent public universities like James Madison and George Mason.
