What colleges are know for their psychology departments?

I'm looking for ones that offer behavioral sciences, in particular.

What level?  Undergrad?  It wont matter.  Rankings apply only to grad school psych programs.  Undergrad programs are taught fundamentally all the same way and very different than grad level.  Undergrad psych courses are fairly generic, being textbook driven.  Little to any research opportunities for undergrads.  In contrast, research is everything for the grad student and taught largely seminar style.  Really, don't get caught up with rankings when they wont even apply to your program.  

Go with the college with the cheapest tuition.  Then think hard about grad school psych programs when the time comes -- that's where it counts.
