Just about every college in the nation has one, even community colleges. Just find a college that you're really interested in (where it is, ratings, clubs, etc.) then go to their website and search music performance. You'll be able to major in any instrument you want.

most colleges have musical performance majors.  whether or not it's any good is another matter. conservatories of course are intense hardcore music programs, but other schools with well-known music programs include Ithaca College in NY, Indiana University (Indiana, obviously) and University of North Texas.  Lots of other schools have really great performance programs, those are just three well-known ones. check out the websites of schools you're interested in to see if they have a music program, and get an idea about it.
