I want to be a pediatrician, but I need to know what colleges offer the best programs under that major.

Pediatrics is not a major. It's not offered at any college. You need to complete medical school prerequisites, take the MCAT, and apply for medical school. After 4 years of med school, then you apply for pediatric residency which is another 3 years.
