Almost all of the Universities in Manila offers a wide variety of Post-Graduate courses. Like the University of the Philippines (specializing the Medicine), De La Salle University (specializing almost everything), Mapua Institute of Technology (Engineering).

It depends on what course you will take. De la Salle is a good school but quite expensive, if you want an affordable school but an exclusive you can inquire in the University of the Philippines because its a government owned school.
