What color contacts could i get to turn my eyes hazel?

my eyes are naturally brown and alot of people tell me i cant get light color contacts . because the darker eyes will show. so what could i do to get hazel eyes? i wanted to get them for a while

I hate when people tell me that. I have dark brown eyes and my doctor told me that if they ever end up making coloured contacts for my prescription [mine is VERY rare and I am lucky to get them in clear,] that I could have any colour I wanted to, because the lense goes completely over your old eye colour, not blending at all. You can get coloured contacts for pretty cheap if you are not using them for prescription purposes. Acuve (sp?) is good.
