What color do you think our sons hair will be?

I have brown that shows natural red highlights in the sun. My husband is a natural blonde- very blonde, but he had strawberry blonde hair when he was a baby. Do you think we will have a brunette or a red head? (The maternal grandparents are both brunette and paternal grandparents are one brunette one blonde)

i have dark blonde hair with red hilights...but it looks a lot more red in the sunlight.  my husband had dark brown hair on his head, but his faccial hair is reddish blonde.  both my parents have dark brown hair, hubby's parents have red hair and formerly brown hair.  our son was born with strawberry blonde hair...and now it's getting blonde streaks...it's kind of cool!  i think his hair is going to stay red, but huby's mom thinks it will be blonde (she's in denial that it's red now though).  baby hair is hard to say...my mom's parents were both blonde...but she has dark brown hair.

My guess is either a red head or a brunette. My best friend's son is red red red headed and (her and her husband are both blonde) but their daughter has blonde hair.

May depend on eye color.If his eyes are hazel to blue., look for light brown to blonde..Eyes are brown look for your hair color

I had light blonde hair when I was younger and now it's strawberry blonde.  My wife has brown.

Our son was born on 8/11/08 and has brown hair.

I'm a natural blonde with light green eyes (even though I keep my hair dyed darker hence my avatar!) and my son's father has dark brown/black eyes with coal black hair.

Guess what my son looks like?

His father! =)

My son was born June 23 and has his father's black/very dark brown eyes and coal black hair. He's beautiful.. =)

Darker characteristics are always more dominant. In my case, I'm a pale blonde (almost white) with very light green eyes.. my son looks nothing like me since his father has all dark features and his features over-run my light features.

So my guess, your baby will have brown to dark redish hair. No blonde! But most likely, they'll have your combination of brunette, with streaks or a hint of red.
