What color eye shadow or eyeliner

My eyes are hazel, they change with the color of my makeup, what color makeup would make them look more green

Try some dark kohl liner, and then smoky black eyeshadow. It will really bring out your eyes and make them pop.

Ok using the theory of color you need to use the opposite to enhance a color. In pigments the opposite of green is red, but as applied to makeup, the opposite, which would bring out the green, would be brown, terra cotta, and earth shades.

Line your inner rims with a brown liner, just look for one with reddish tints in it.

And actually the complementary of green is red, not purple. The complimentary of purple is yellow, so purple would bring out the gold in your eyes, making them yellower instead of greener.

I've heard that with hazel eyes, if you want to bring out the brown use green makeup and if you want to bring out the green use brown makeup. My eyes are hazel too but more often look bluish-green than brown. I wear charcoal eyeliner and an eyeshadow called "java" which is like a taupe color.

Try a teal or purple eyeliner with lots of black mascara.

Always think of the colour wheel and the complementary colours.  Your eyes are hazel green, the opposite colour is purple.  That makes green flecks pop!
