What color eyeliner makes brown eyes 'pop' ?

  1. surprisingly brown eyeliner makes your eyes appear lighter and they stand out! i use liquid and eye pencil both in brwn and i notice that my eyes pop

  3. go to target and look for the always brand of makeup it has a purple brown and a light brown it looks the best

  9. My cousin is a make up artist and she always said navy blue or brown on your eyes to make them pop--try the blue with brown eyes--there is a great blue that Avon makes.    

  10. Go with almay....a purple liner makes them stand out. I find that black makes my eyes look small.   I think navy blue would work too, but not a royal blue,  I tried that today and i looked crazy! hahahahaha...but i def love purple eyeliner! like a dark purple, not hot purple or lilac, just a nice plain dark purple

  12. purple or blue or green. even use just your eye liner and add some of the eyeshawdow on top i do it and it makes my eyes pop. i have hazel brown eyes. you also have to use your mascara to open your eyes.

  13. Making your eyes pop sounds rather excruciating. I would recommend that you fully understand what you're doing before going on with this.
