what color eyeliner should i use for hazel or brown eyes?

It all depends on your skin tone... go with black, brown, or a gray color. They will make your eyes look fuller

wow! hazel eyes are so beautiful, and pops out especially with the purple liner.  But if it were to be dark brown then anything would work  :)  (tips from TLC what not to wear)
