What color eyeshadow with red dress?

Red dress/silver accessories/brown skin complexion.... i'm doing my friend's makeup and i need suggestions for her eyeshadow! thanks!

it depends

1) if you do dark eyes you want to do a light or neutral color lip stick

2) if you do light eyes you want to go with a darker or brighter lipstick

you always go opposite on what you put on your eyes and lips its what ever part you want to stand out first when some one looks at you.
