What color furniture goes with grey carpet?

Wooden furniture looks great with grey. If its a dark gray go with the lighter wood. If its light gray you can go with either dark or light.

Don't assume wood is old fashioned. There are a lot of modern wood designs. And cheap like ikea.

If you want to add color to a room, I recommend you not do the furniture in a  color but as I said wood because our feelings about color change and we can get sick of a color pretty fast. Its easier to put a neutral like wood and use other elements in the room to add color.

That said, I like more unique colors like orange transparent : see this image:

Also don't forget you can put a throw rug down to lessen the grey even if it doesn't cover everything.

depends what you like, but definitely do not use any light colors.  Red, blue, green, that type of thing, use those.

I think that a cool pale green would look so cool!! But red would be good, even orange or bright yellow or dark purple.
