What color icing would go good with a tye-die cake?

A tye-die cake? That's really cool. I'd say white icing, but there are a lot of colors that would look good on tye-die.

See that depends on what colors are in the tye-dye. I Have a ton of tye-die outfits and each is different.  If the cake is full of color, then either black or white for the writing. If you are asking what colors would be good to make the tye-dye cake out of... I like the blue/green combination. I think it is very pretty together. It reminds me of the ocean. If you use the blue green combination for the icing the writing would look best if you had a dark blue base to it and then went over the lettering with white to make it stand out.

I say mix the different types of icing colors that way it matches your cake.

white goes good with anything. What you should do is get a bunch of different color icing and make tye-dye icing!

You could really go to town if you want to and make the icing look like tye-dye too.  Take white frosting and swirl in the green and blue that you like so much and just have a blast decorating it.  You could always put a big yellow peace sign on the top of it if you like or anything else that is solid like that.  Good luck.
