    that'll tell you.

now what is the color of air?

  2. Interesting. I can't think of one particular 'color' it is... but i do know (from doing it in an AP Chem class) that you can make a mirror with Ag+ ions. (Silver ions)

Sooo maybe the color is silver? I don't really know? it's difficult to say because anything that shines on it... it will be that color.

  3. This is an interesting question. I've never thought about it.

My answer would go like this - the colour of an object depends on what it reflects and what light it absorbs. Normally for a colour to be determined white light is shone. Since a mirror reflects all light, if you shine a light on a mirror you get white light back - so the colour of a mirror would probbly be classed as "white".

Or, you could take the view that the colour changed. If you shine green light, it will be green. If you shine red light, it will be red.

I think the first answer is more correct, but thats my two cents on the subject.

  4. while it is impossible to see, because any light that would allow you to see it would reflect off of it and not give you its real color, it is in fact silver, because like the other person said, mirrors are made of siliver.  Although silver is not silver colored if you can not see it, so really the answer is the same color as the light that is reflecting off of it.
