What color is the easiest to see?

It's for school project. The colors are red, yellow, white, green, blue, orange and purple.

The wavelength of color that we see the best is green.  It is interesting in that this is the wavelength of light that our sun emits the most of.  Have we evolved to see what our sun provides the most of?

The easiest color to see is Red. It is due to the long wave length of it. The shortest wave length color in the spectrum is violet hence violet color is less dense in rainbow. The easiest way to remember the seven colors in the spectrum is VIBGYOR. The wave length increases from Violet to Red. Because of the same, traffic signals or red back light of motors can be seen even from a distance.
