Question:

What color is the wind?

Okay, I know, really random. But, is there any accepted color that artists or authors use to describe it? Also, I want opinions, and creative ones, not just, "Oh you know... the wind is clear..."

  2. It depends of the art u creating.

    Normally people use blue, light green, purple or white, but sometimes, for example if u want to paint a smog or a black sky, u can also use some grey or black wind. In the desert areas, the best would be sand color.

    becuz these three r shades of Blue, Black and cream

    i.e. these colors makes the border of the object, so the artists just give the object a motion so with these colors so it seams its a wind!!

There no such accepted color for the wind ...but if you are painting something lively use bright colors and if its a sad dark painting you could use something Dark .....but whatever you use make sure ..its sort of transperent and the observer has no doubts that you are represent the wind with that color .
