I would call it Impreza Blue because it looks exactly like Subaru's racing colour (on the WRX).   :-)   You could also call it sapphire blue because it has a bit of a sparkle to it.

I used to sell carpet, furniture, and appliances.  I believe people were paid a lot of money to have a few drinks, and stay awake for days thinking of funny names for colours.  Instead of red it would be something like "Argentinian Scarlet Peppermill", or some such other drivel.

Saturn has names like "Bluestone", "Midnight Blue Metallic", "Midnight Blue", "Twilight Blue" (could be this one), "Mystic Blue", and "Deep Blue".

Saturn calls it pacific blue it was an optional color for the Ion and the Ion Red line.
