  1. white

  2. green

  3. Stupid article.

At "higher" belt levels they are just proposing changing energy sources, not reducing consumption or choosing the most environmentally benign sources of energy.  The author is proposing alternative sources of energy with the illusion of being environmentally friendly and cheaper because your utility bills may be reduced fractionally.  The costs of doing what he proposes will NEVER be  recovered!

On that scale I would rather be a white belt than a black belt; conservation is more environmentally conscious than changing energy sources!

Why would I buy green power and then convert my fridge to propane? They would cancel each other out.

Why would I have a fireplace or a wood burning stove?  I don't believe in burning plant material that could be used to form soil.

Sure, you'll be kicking your own butts at the money you wasted.  Sorry children, but you can't save the world by throwing money at it.

    SHALLOW Ecology at its worst!

  9. Black. Suit with everything
