  1. any color would go with black and white... step outside your comfort zone, you'll be surprised with what you can come up with.

  2. play around with the Sherwin Williams color visualizer to find colors that you like. It is the best paint visualizer on the web, imho. I like how their color palette is laid out, I like that you can search by color family & color name, the "painted" rooms look the most realistic, and it suggests coordinating color schemes. You can literally spend hours:

I think a gray like "agros" (# 7065) would look terrific with the zebra print.

You can also take a photo of your house & upload it to the makeover gallery on this website:

You can get color suggestions & they'll photoshop them onto your room so that you can get an idea of what it will look like.

  3. Treat the zebra print as a neutral....  but because of how busy the print is, I would keep the walls a solid color.

Do not be afraid to go with a bold, bright color.  Pastels will look okay, but if you like bright and bold this is your time to shine!

    Happy Decorating!

  4. hot pink or lime green

  5. I'd paint the walls in your favorite vivid pastel or bright, then add accessories in black, white, silver [ great with black and white ], and 'that' color.

    Try:

    powder or hot pink

    tomato or cherry red

peach, coral [ bright orange would be Halloween-y ]

    lemon

    mint, lime, kelly green

    aqua or turqoise

    sky, royal, or smoke blue

    lavender or orchid

  6. I would personally go with either indigo, emerald green, or salmon, but I know they're not for everybody.

  7. anything would go with it, because it is black and white!

but I preferably like purple or light purple.

    oh and light green :)

  8. red

  9. depending upon whether or not you want a more neutral scheme or energetic, the sky is the limit!  various earth tones and natural/ ethnic/ tribal accessories would look great, but if you want a more "urban" look, go for a bright...orange, kelly green, vivid sky blue, sunny yellow.  pick one of the brights, and accent with lots of silver tone and clear lucite (plastic) accessories for a fun and funky look.
