What color nail polish is this? pic inside?

i have two questions..i really like the nail color in this picture. it almost looks like a french but not quite. it's kind of pearlish? is there a special name for that kind of thing?

and also, i have the uv gel nails not the regular acrylics, so am i able to paint over them or do i have to get the same thing every time? thanks in advance =)
