What color nailpolish should I wear if I am wearing a blue dress in a wedding?

I need to know what color nailpolish to paint nails and toes for a wedding this weekend. The dress is a light blue color. I can't do a french manicure due to nails being stained from gardening. HELP

your best bet is either silver or a light pink colour as these will provide coverage for the stains (you could do a couple of coats if badly stained)

as well as being quite neutral to match your dress and shoes

um i would say go natural maybe just a clear coating

I'd go with a muted brown-ish peach/coral, or just clear.  You could do clear with white lining (I don't know the technical term) at the top.  Or a white/cream color. You should check with the bride to see if she has an opinion.

go for a pearly shade of a colour close to your skin colour..

i personally think a french manicure would look great. try cleaning your nails. keep it in some warm water and some soap and brush it with a nail brush. it'll work like magic.

if i needed to match with a blue wedding dress , i would find a blue to match your dress. then find some kind of glitter for over top of it :). that way it matches and gets noticed.

try a skin tone nail polish with colored glitter over the top to get them noticed. maybe even a cute little design if you like those. =]
