What color paint should I use for a kitchen with oak cabinets ,natural trim and darkbrown granite ?

granite has flecks of carmel,black,and beige. appliances are stainless.

Doesn't sound like you need another neutral in the room (walls).  Perhaps a Blue or Sage Green or even a daring apricot.
