  1. purple great room wish i could go

  2. purple

  3. beige.

  4. pale pink - it will calm the hot pink and coordinates well with the navy blue- good luck!

  5. Go find some flowers that color and a bunch more and throw them on the bed......and start picking.........a friend just painted his daughters rooms 8 to11 different colors and it looked great.........once you get the color idea's get some paint color chips to match and mix quarts of paint.....have fun....and good luck.....nite

  6. I would say a light purple and white. Just have fun with what ever you do. Hope this helps.

  7. Good place to post a visual question-the human brain is capable of distinguishing six million colors. Get a designer book- they've been dealing with clashing colors since time began. Even the most selective colorists disagree on certain shades, some are irritating and can affect your Psyche for many years before they begin to fade. Pick what appeals to you and get some approval from your family members. Our senses are too often ignored, the subtleties of aroma, color, shape, space and texture can make or break a family, particularly in times of great stress and emotional insecurity. Everything matters,be selective.

  8. get free paint swatches at home depot and put it up to your bedding and furniture.

    I suggest the Taupe family

(choices from purple undertone to gold undertone)

  9. A very crisp white always seems to compliment navy and hot pink. Those two are great colors together by the way. They do great things for each other. Fantastic choice!:)

  10. Sherwin Williams makes a color called Bonified Beige.  My mom has it all through the downstairs of her house and it goes with everything.  It looks a little different in each room because of the color of the throw rugs and furniture.  I love it!  It looks awesome with navy blue too.

If you want color that is a bit more dramatic, then get a little pint of paint in the colors you like.  Paint a small area (4 or 5 inches) in each color  (a few inches apart)and see which one you like best.  Once it is dry, you can hold your comforter up to it and see how the colors look.

Greens work well with both navy and pink.  Just remember that sometimes the colors don't look exactly like the card in the store.  You may have to put more than one coat of paint on.

    Good luck!

  11. The furniture is neutral, so we won't consider that in choosing the wall color.  Both navy and hot pink would look good with white.  Another option would be painting the walls a light blue.  Whichever color you decide on, stick to those three as being the inspiration for your room.  All other larger items, should be one of those three colors.  Your curtains, wall art, candles, rugs, pillows etc.,are all going to look coordinated by using only three colors.  Good luck!

  12. I guess white would be a safe option..
