What color should I paint my closet?

I have dark brown furniture in my room and my bedspread is a beige/greenish color. What color would make my closet look expensive, and flawless?! help!

I'd say to either keep it dark brown or black to make it look "expensive and flawless" because the darker color would make dents/scratches less noticeable.

Also, to protect it maybe choose a higher gloss.

Are you talking a wardrobe, as in a piece of furniture, a closet door, bifolds, or the inside of your closet when you open the door?

play around with the Sherwin Williams color visualizer to find colors that you like. It is the best paint visualizer on the web, imho. I like how their color palette is laid out, I like that you can search by color family & color name, the "painted" rooms look the most realistic, and it suggests coordinating color schemes. I think a pale aqua like "breaktime" (# 6462) might look terrific.

one solid color...why go all out on a place where you go to get clothes and such...No need for impressive designs.
