What color should I paint the walls????!??!?

In my bedroom I have this furniture:

What color should I paint the walls?

Also, I have gold accent stuff in the room...gold lampshade, gold mirror frame...should I ditch that stuff and go with something different? Or can I work the gold into it? It's soft gold, not really bright.

For the room  I would use a darker color like a red. This would really brig out the darker furniture. In my bathroom we have a dark vanity similar to that we used a light blue. It workes well because we have nickle lights ect. SO I would use a dark red or light blue. Hope that help

paint the walls beige and then get some artwork with gold and other earthy colors in it. that way you'll have color and the gold accessories you have with blend in more

for the first one I would paint your room a dark brown but not to dark. And for the 2nd one I would do ether a washed out gray or light blue or Aqua blue.

paint the walls a dark brown, close to the shade of the bedframe. change your accents to blues and off whites that coordinate with the bed spread. the gold would look awesome with the bed frame, but the color of the bedding wouldn't go at all. If I were you, I'd stick with the gold/brown theme, and just get a different bed spread
