You have the looks your hair is definately scary orange. You need to enhance it with a fiery gold if your trying to go blond. Black is NOT your color even though so many put it up as a suggestion with your skin tone it will look look more like morticia dead and tired.

If you do decide to go black do a Soft Black not a dark bold black it never looks good on anyone unless they are Goth or Punk?

You look like you would be beautiful with a caramel brown and it would accent those big pretty blue eyes.

I think a warm brown shade would really compliment your skin tone and make your eyes pop.  Try one of these:

I think you look good now; maybe a cleaner blond color? Maybe a brown with some highlights would be tasty.
