what color should i make my room when i move?

well that all depends on what existing furnishings you have. i would recommend a more neutral wall color and then go crazy with accessories and textiles, like bedding and pillows. but it really depends on the style of the room you want. red and orange will make it vibrant. blue and green make it serene and yellow makes it cheerful. what ever you do have fun and go all out. don't stop halfway and make your room emanate you.
